Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine on 04/20/2026 and on May 14th went to urgent care due to lump at injection site, pain from injection site to fingertips, and pain. Patient received medrol dose pack at urgent care. On 05/28/26 patient went to (name withheld) er and was diagnosed with an abcess and given percocet and cephalexin.
