Symptom narrative

The patient received two vaccines. He was administered a prevnar 20 and his second dose of shingrix. The next morning on his way to work his lips were swelled. At work his face and lips continued to swell until his boss made him call his doctor and his doctor advised he should go to the ER. The ER believed him to be having an allergic reaction. He stated his doctor believes the allergic reaction was to his prescription Lisinopril however the patient has been on Lisinopril for several years. His primary care doctor changed his blood pressure medication. The ER treated him for allergic reaction.
