Symptom narrative

May 23 felt tired and light headed by May 25 serve muscle and back pain on the right side. It became hard to walk. Tried massage and accupuncture. Went to urgent care on May 27 and May 28. Given pain shots, medicine for nausea. IV for hydration

Thyroid, assthma, Osteoarthritis arthritis, NAFLD

Other medications

Lithium, levothhroxin

Allergies

All penicillin and sulfur drugs. Fresh tree fruit that are not processed ie apples, peaches, fresh almonds
