Symptom narrative

Patient reported that he has been experiencing injection pain that is persisting in his left arm. He had experienced redness and swelling at the site that has gone away, but the pain and discomfort persists. He believes he may have received the immunization too high, but is uncertain. He is able to move his arm, but is unable to sleep on his left side now due to the discomfort. He has gone to the doctor to get it evaluated and was recommended PT. He declined as he practices tai chi daily. It has been several months and he feels that things are not getting better and is worried.
