Symptom narrative

bleeding and swelling at the site of injection. NP took a look at it to make sure that everything was fine. Patient was cleared by NP and recommended for her to have it iced to help with the swelling. Patient verbalized understanding. Patient later reported she was seen at an urgent care and was told it was infected and was given antibioticss.
