Symptom narrative

Patient started with episodes of pain at around 1 pm on 5/26/2026 which then progressed to more episodes of screaming in pain, sleepiness, vomiting, bloody stool and ultimately to ER visit at medical facility by early evening where ultrasound showed ileocolic intussusception. Patient was then transferred to hospital where multiple contrast enema reductions were only partially successful. Therefore patient underwent surgical reduction of the intussusception on 5/27/2026. Patient was then discharged from the hospital on 5/28/2026 in stable condition.
