Symptom narrative

Parent reports the day after the vaccine, the patient had fast heart rate, dizziness, fatigue. Symptoms lasted about 3 days. No fever or injection site reaction.

Current illness

Was having frequent nausea x 1 month prior to immunization. No fever/abdominal pain/vomiting. Endorsed a few days of diarrhea, improved 2 days before the date of immunization.
