Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

had first dose of Shingrix administered on 05-JAN-2020 and not receive second dose yet; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 71-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on 05-JAN-2020). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: had first dose of Shingrix administered on 05-JAN-2020 and not receive second dose yet).The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:27-MAY-2026 The pharmacist wanted to be inquired whether the patient could administer second dose or have to restart the series.
