Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Patient received first dose in 2018 and did not receive second yet; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose in 2018). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Patient received first dose in 2018 and did not receive second yet).The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:27-MAY-2026 The reporter was inquiring about receiving the second dose of Shingrix whether the patient need to restart the series.
