This case involves a 9-year-old male patient who experienced administering Meningococcal A-C-Y-W135 (T Conj) Vaccine [Menquadfi] with 2 months interval with no adverse events. The patient's past medical history included hematopoietic cell transplantation. The patient's past drugs, vaccination(s), family history, and concomitant medications were not provided. Concomitant medication(s) included pneumococcal vaccine conjugate 7-valent (Prevnar) and diphtheria vaccine toxoid, haemophilus influenzae type b vaccine conjugate (meningococcal protein), hepatitis b vaccine HBsAg (yeast), pertussis vaccine acellular 5-component, polio vaccine inactivated 3-valent (Vero), tetanus vaccine toxoid (Vaxelis). Patients previously received Vaxelis, Menquadfi, Prevnar, and Havrix on 11-Mar=2026 which was outside of their organization.
