Previously administered products included COVID-19 vaccine (Had a reaction in her arm from the COVID injection, but it went away after a couple of days.). Concomitant products included atorvastatin calcium propylene glycol solvate (Atorvastatin). On 26-APR-2026, the patient received Twinrix (left arm). On 27-APR-2026, 1 days after receiving Twinrix, the patient experienced arm discomfort (Verbatim: Arm discomfort was reported as worsened). On an unknown date, the patient experienced appetite absent (Verbatim: Appetite absent), pain in arm (Verbatim: extreme soreness in upper left arm with pain in muscle, which moved to the bone), muscle pain (Verbatim: extreme soreness in upper left arm with pain in muscle, which moved to the bone), bone pain (Verbatim: persisting pain has traveked from shoulder towards collar bone), shoulder pain (Verbatim: persisting pain has traveked from shoulder towards collar bone) and weakness of arms (Verbatim: Lower arm weak). The reporter considered the arm discomfort and appetite absent to be unrelated to Twinrix.
