extreme fatigue 24 hrs post immunization that lasted 48 hrs; muscle aches 24 hrs post immunization that lasted 48 hrs; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via sales rep and described the occurrence of fatigue in a 58-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 22-MAY-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix (left deltoid). On 23-MAY-2026, 1 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced fatigue (Verbatim: extreme fatigue 24 hrs post immunization that lasted 48 hrs) and muscle ache (Verbatim: muscle aches 24 hrs post immunization that lasted 48 hrs). The patient was treated with ibuprofen. On 25-MAY-2026, the outcome of the fatigue and muscle ache were resolved. The reporter considered the fatigue and muscle ache to be related to Shingrix. The company considered the fatigue and muscle ache to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 25-MAY-2026 The patient had stopped at the gym to tell the information mentioned above. She had been able to complete a very intense workout on the day she reported the event. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
