Symptom narrative

Persistent vomiting developed on 5/20/2026. Patient was diagnosed with ileocolic intussusception due to persistent vomiting and dehydration on 5/21/2026. He was transferred to Hospital ER where an air-contrast enema was performed with successful resolution of intussusception.

Lab data

Abdominal Ultrasound on 5/21/2026: large ileocolonic intussusception with lead point. 5/22/2026: Abdominal XR consistent with ileocolonic intussusception. Repeat abdominal US s/p air-contrast enema with resolution of ileocolonic intussusception and of lead point.
