Symptom narrative

Pt got pain/redness at injection site with pruritus and states that she has had an on and off fever starting the day after the injection and is still going on today (5 days later). Pt took tylenol to control fever and has been instructed to use second generation antihistamine for itching. Pt reports no issues breathing/signs of anaphylaxis. Pt consulted to monitor symptoms and to follow up with PCP.
