No symptomatic events were reported.; Inbound call from nurse to report a misuse AE for PROQUAD. Nurse reported that a dose of PROQUAD was inadvertently given to a 16 year old male patient.; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a 16-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 27-MAY-2026, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) powder for solution for injection, lot #Z017243 [which has been verified to be a valid lot number for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live], with an expiration date reported and upon internal validation establish as 10-MAY-2027, 0.5 mL administered for prophylaxis (strength, route and anatomical site of administration were not reported). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) solution for injection (lot # and expiration date were not reported) (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age). No symptomatic events were reported (No adverse event).
