Maladministration of an expired vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 13-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) solution for injection (batch number AMAB072A with expiry date 30-APR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 26-MAY-2026, the patient received Menveo. On 26-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Maladministration of an expired vaccine). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 26-MAY-2026 Licensed practical nurse called to report the maladministration of an expired Menveo two vial vaccine.
