Patient complained on redness, swollen, pain, and itchness with left arm specifically below the site of the injection. Patient also noted a bit of tightness and pain with her chest/rib muscle as she talks more or when taking larger breath. Patient has been using benadryl at home, which provided some relief. Recommended patient and patient agree to go to urgent care.
