Bexsero MenB administered instead of MenCV4; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 11-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number ES49H with expiry date 31-MAY-2027) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Meningococcal vaccine conj (Meningococcal conjugate) for prophylaxis. On 26-MAY-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero. The patient did not receive Meningococcal conjugate. On 26-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: Bexsero MenB administered instead of MenCV4).The outcome of the wrong vaccine administered was not applicable.
