8 months at the time, and she received kinrix Dtap/polio; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 8-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) suspension for injection in pre-filled syringe (batch number 27G79 with expiry date 24-FEB-2028) for prophylaxis. On 14-JAN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 14-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 8 months at the time, and she received kinrix Dtap/polio). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
