Symptom narrative

Upon receiving the fourth injection (once all complete), pt appeared to be passed out for a few seconds. She then complained of nausea, SOB, sweating, and light-headedness. We sat with her for about 40 minutes and she improved over that time. Pt stated she had some anxiety before the shots were administered. She called a friend to pick her up. I called her today 5/29/26 to follow up and she stated she felt much better but was a bit tired. Her PCP was also informed of the reaction.
