Child was seen in clinic 6/1/26 for nurse visit for vaccinations. Child received HIB, PCV20, and Varicella vaccines. Child had Well Child visit on 5/26 where she received MMR vaccine. Varicella vaccine was given less then 30 days before MMR was administered. Mom denied fever in clinic and temporal temp was taken within range. Provider in clinic was notified and recommended child follow up in a month for revaccination but assured she expected minimal reaction. -NP was consulted.
