Symptom narrative

Patient called on 5/30/26 and stated that she got 3 immunizations on 5/26/26, she developed redness, traveling rash, soreness and warm feeling on the arm where she got the Boostrix vaccine. I advised her to consult with her Dr, she went to urgent care and they diagnosed it as cellulitis. She was given a Cephalexin prescription on 5/30/26 which she picked up yesterday. I followed up with her today 5/31/26 and she stated she has taken 3 doses of the antibiotic and felt much better and that the arm was also feeling better. She was fine otherwise. No other symptoms.
