Syncope

Symptom narrative

The event occured on Monday, June 1st, 2026 at 10:45 am at the Clinic in (withheld) location. The student came in for immunizations with his partent/guardian. After administering the vaccines, the patient experienced vasovagal syncope and fainted. After the pateint fainted, the personnel laid him on his back and got him some water and an icepack. They took his blood pressure and blood sugar every 5 minutes for 20 minutes after the episode. Mental status examiantion was preformed to evaluate the patients level of consciousness. The patient was alert and active and shortly after discharged.
