Symptom narrative

Headaches, mental health effects, chest pains, insomnia, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, suicidal ideations, suicidal attempts, mania and development of Bipolar 1 disorder mania. Since onset this has been effecting mental health with job loss and hospitalizations. Up until this vaccine no mental health issues presented. Graduated from college and functioning normally.
