Symptom narrative

Patient threw up 6 minutes after vaccine was given. Patient did state afterwards that he had not been feeling well and that he had diarrhea last night and this morning. This was not disclosed before the appointment.

Current illness

Prior to vaccinations, patient declined feeling ill. After vaccination, client said that he had not been feeling well and had diarrhea that day prior and this morning.
