patient indicates that she received shingrix shot 5/30/26 , but that a rash started today that steadily got worse. rash was contained to humerus joint above ulner joint size of 3 inch by 1 inch with some bruising. patient recommended to moniotr ice, keep arm slightly elevated . rash was localized with no hives. patient receommned apap prn pain / discomfort. recommended contacting pcp if gets worse or doesnt get better after 72 hours.
