Immediate post-injection reactionSyncope

Symptom narrative

Patient received the Prevnar vaccine first and was fine, then fainted immediately after receiving Tdap vaccine and did not regain consciousness for approximately 2 minutes.

Medical history

class 1 obesity, primary hypertension, mixed hyperlipidemia, history of colonic polyps, eosinophilic esophagitis
