Symptom narrative

Injection site hot to the touch, erythema, and indurated. 5/31, the morning after the patient was given the vaccine she reported waking up with a severe headache that worsened throughout the morning, nausea with 2 episodes of vomiting, stomach pains, hot flashes without fever, general malaise, and night sweats. On 06/01 and 06/02 patient's lymph nodes in left armpit were visibly swollen and tender with mild nausea and general malaise still.
