Patient's arm was sore in the location of injection after she had the injection. Soreness has continued over the past six months. Patient has symptoms of a frozen shoulder, but not immediately after. She can't remember exactly when the symptoms began but feels like it was attributed to the vaccine because she's never had that problem before.
