Inconsolable/fussiness and refusing bottle- Tylenol given approximately 1:20 P.M. Rash to lower bilateral extremities per parent report around 2:26 P.M. pictures requested/ sent in via online chart. Rash reported as little purple dots and pt calm and asleep at 3:14 P.M. Update at approximately 3:51 P.M., Rash more defined, pt woke up fussy from nap, another picture of rash sent via online chart for provider to view. Provider shown images and contacted parent." due to lesions looking purpuric -- I would recommend being seen at Hosp ED as they can do labs, CBC etc. Reviewed photos with mom -- there are several spots scattered over R lower leg and a few over thigh per mom, and just a few/fainter spots over L lower leg. None on rest of body. No fevers. Is eating but still fussy (not as inconsolable as she was before nap)." Pt sent to emergency room for evaluation and treated for suspected allergic reaction with a Petechial Rash dx from ED.
