Presyncope

Symptom narrative

Patient was given vaccine and then became vasovagal about 5 minutes after being discharged. She was then sat down in a chair, given an ice pack, apple juice and crackers to help her symptoms.

Congenital anomaly of heart, postural dizziness with presyncope, caries, incipient enamel caries, atypical nevus, right anterior knee pain, abdominal pain
