Suspected vaccination failure/lack of effectiveness; got shingles in his eyes; lost 75 percent of vision in that eye; got shingles twice already; This serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of vaccination failure in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) solution for injection for prophylaxis.
