Symptom narrative

Patient came to the pharmacy today and stated that he has been experiencing extreme dizziness every day since receiving the Shingrix vaccination. He described being very dizzy especially when getting out of bed or getting up from a chair. He also stated that his blood pressure has been higher than normal since receiving the vaccine. He stated the physician thought these symptoms were related to receiving the vaccination and was advised to not receive the 2nd dose. He had another doctor appointment today and said they were running more tests His first follow up appointment was on May 15th
