Symptom narrative

The patient presented to the pharmacy on June 1st, 2026 at 7:20 pm. She stated she had received her vaccine on Saturday May 30th 2026. On May 31st, she said she had swelling and redness around the vaccination area and took a Tylenol both Saturday and Sunday. Benadryl was recommended to the patient, along with following up with her doctor to assess for a possible infection at the site of injection if the swelling and redness persists.
