Symptom narrative

Symptoms started within 1-2 days and quite aggressively (paralytic gastrointestinal system resulting in a prolapse, dyspnea, very high pinched tinnitus, migraines, tachycardia etc. over a few weeks intense musculoskeletal and joint pain began, later muscle atrophy). I have zero history of any of the above.

Lab data

MRI: "Corresponding to conus medullaris and cauda equina nerve roots show diNuse and even pathological contrast loading. These changes can be found in Guillian-Barre Syndrome, alternatively viral polyradiculopathies or lymphoma" "A strong impression of an aneurysm at segment 7 of the left internal carotid artery, which comes into contact with and slightly displaces the optic nerve prechiasmatically" + Lumbar puncture: ? Increased IgG/Alb ratio ? Elevated IgG index ? Presence of oligoclonal bands
