Symptom narrative

Patient received Heplisav-B and Capvaxive in the left arm on 5/27/2026. Patient felt fine all day on 5/27/26. Patient reported fainting and falling down on 5/28/26 around 8 AM. She said that she was not sure how long she was down but recalled calling someone from work at around 8:08 AM. Patient felt generally unwell all day 5/28 and 5/29. She also noticed a rash on her arm on 5/29 (took pictures). She was finally able to get up and around on 5/30/26. She called her doctors office and they asked her to come in but she was unable to do so as she wasn't able to drive.
