Consumer Received Two Doses of Heplisav-B On The Same Day; Initial report received on 19-May-2026. A pharmacist reported that a 33-year-old male received two doses of HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization on the same day. No medical history was reported. No concomitant medications were reported. On 14-May-2026, the patient received dose 1 and 2 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLIAV-B (lot number, expiration date, NDC number, route, and site not reported)]. No additional information was reported.
