Symptom narrative

Bradycardia; Received TWINRIX and then HEPLISAV-B; Initial report received on 22-May-2026. A pharmacist reported that a 28-year-old female (race and ethnicity not reported) received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for the second dose of hepatitis B immunization after receiving TWINRIX and experienced bradycardia. No medical history was reported. Concomitant medications included an unknown birth control medication. On 09-Apr-2026, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccine [TWINRIX (lot # not reported)]. On 07-May-2026, the patient received dose 1of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (Lot # 947985, expiration date 10-Jun-2028, NDC #, site and route not reported)]. Concomitant vaccines administered included an unknown dose of a measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine, live [PRIORIX (lot # not reported)]. On an unknown date, the patient began to experience bradycardia. It is unknown if the event of bradycardia is ongoing. No additional information was available.
