A pharmacist reported that a 28-year-old female (race and ethnicity not reported) received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for the second dose of hepatitis B immunization after receiving TWINRIX and experienced bradycardia. No medical history was reported. Concomitant medications included an unknown birth control medication. On 09-Apr-2026, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccine [TWINRIX (lot # not reported)].
