Symptom narrative

Brief syncopal episode post vaccination--patient regained awareness quickly- was laid flat by RN administering vaccines, ice placed behind neck, vitals taken--was able to sit up and consume a juice. Normal vital signs maintained- evaluated by provider and was ok to leave clinic.
