Left upper arm pain and weakness within few hours of vaccine. Treatment just starting now with oral prednisone steroid burst and referral to Orthopedic specialist.

Prediabetes, HTN, CKD, high cholesterol, atrial fibrillation, hyperuricemia, thrombocytopenia, coronary artery disease, history of stroke, aortic stenosis, bicuspid aortic valve, ascending aortic aneurysm, mitral regurgitation, allergic rhinitis, B12 deficiency, arthritis, gout, psoriasis

Acetaminophen as needed, allopurinol, amlodipine, apixiban, aspirin, cetirizine, folic acid, metoprolol, rosuvastatin, zinc
