6-2-26 Mother phoned facility c/o flush, fever 101, headache, neck hurts, body aches started 6-2-26 at 12AM. Given Motrin for fever and aches. 6-3-26 follow up call, mother verbalized that fever broke, not flushed. Had 102 fever during night.
