Symptom narrative

Patient got the second dose of the Trumenba vaccine on 6/1/2026 around 9:00am, around 11:00 am patient started having loss of hearing, ear ringing, patchiness of vision, she call EMS, while waiting for them to arrive she lost consciousness for about 2 minutes, at that time she was sitting in her care. EMS checked all her vitals, BP was normal, heart rate good, O2 was 100%. Spoke to patient on 6/2/2026 around 2:00pm and she said she is feeling better today.
