Symptom narrative

Patient experienced rash, swelling and joint pain in both legs and ankles. Went to hospital on 5/28/2026. She was admitted and discharged on 05/29/2026. She was discharged on prednisone and doxycycline.

Medical history

per diabetic, history of stroke, high cholesterol, high blood pressure.

Other medications

metformin 1000mg, ramipril 5mg, rosuvastatin 40mg, wegovy 4mg, daily multivitamin

Clindamycin

Lab data

Tested for Lyme disease and other tick bound illnesses. All were negative. Tested for covid, flu and strep. All were negative. Tested for Lupus. It was negative. There was a skin biopsy. The results are not back yet.
