Symptom narrative

With the first round of vaccine, the injection site and surrounding area swelled up, was red and warm to the touch. This subsided after a few days. The second round of vaccine that was given 4/30/26 had a similar reaction at first, but the swelling and redness did not go away. The patient still has a raised hard nodule the circumference of a nickel in the area the vaccine was administered at the time of this call on 6/2/26. Due to this reaction, the patient indicated her doctor told her not to get the last round of vaccine and to get vaccine titers drawn.
