Symptom narrative

She received Gardasil/HPV in left arm and Menveo/meningococcal in right arm on 5/27. Her caregiver reports that the rash began yesterday and worsened throughout the day, with the left arm being more affected than the right. This has progressed to her chest, neck and face. Her right eye was swollen on right this morning. Treated with 25mg of benedryl with improvement in eye swelling within an hour. Admits to feeling sleepy as a side effect. This morning, she experienced a sore throat which resolved. No coughing, throat swelling or SOB.
