Inflammation which became persistent, refractory pericarditis. Stabbing heart pain and labored breathing. Pericardial and pleural effusions. 2.5 week hospital stay with pericardial window cardiac surgery. Now on Arcalyst, $26,000/month biologic for 2.5 years.
