Symptom narrative

site on arm where vaccines were administered began itching 3-4 days after admin. Pt then noticed reddness and rash. She applied mometasone to the area (she had on hand for psoriasis). Upon routine dermatologist visit, showed it to MD and told her it was an allergic reaction and to continue applying mometasone until cleared up. When she came into the pharmacy today, there was still a large red area at site
