Symptom narrative

Within a minute of receiving the vaccines, I became nauseous and lightheaded, I threw up and experienced a brief moment of syncope. within 5 minutes I started experiencing intense charlie horse like cramps near my shoulder joint, right on the ball and socket, that traveled to my clavicle and up my neck. I am writing this the day after and there is still tension and tightness in my neck and clavicle.

hypothydroism, epilepsy, anxiety, depression, asthma, acne

levothyroxine, limictal, cymbalta, montelukast, spiralactone, doxycycline monohydrate

cephzil, almonds, bananas, oranges, carrots, melons

Lab data

I went to the ER and received blood work, urinalysis, and an EKG. All confirmed to be normal by the staff there. Taken 6/4 same night as the event.
