Patient said he was feeling a little dizzy after receiving vaccine. Of note, patient had fainted after getting blood draw in past, though patient states he thought that was because he was fasting. Patient fainted sitting in chair about 20 seconds after receiving vaccine. Patient became suddenly alert again approximately 5 seconds afterwards appearing alarmed. Patient was noticeably sweating and pail. EMS was called and patient provided with water and cool towel. EMS arrived and assessed as stable. Gave him the option to go to the hospital which he declined. Per phone call with wife on 6/4/26: Wife drove him from pharmacy to urgent care for continued monitoring where they suspected vasovagal response. Next morning patient is feeling better with some fatigue symptoms she described as typical for the day after a vaccination

Blood pressure 127/74, respiratory rate 19 breaths/minutes while waiting for EMS. Do not have exact EMS results but they said vitals within normal limits during assessment.
