The patient's past medical history included shingles (had shingles when the patient was 20, was not real bad) and nerve pain (when the patient was 50, had the nerve pain for a long time). On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: shingles/nerve pain). The patient was treated with gabapentin. The outcome of the vaccination failure and shingles were not reported.
